Sarah's First Yoga Class

Sarah is almost four months old already and is growing before our eyes. This week she enjoyed her first yoga class with her new girlfriend, Maggie. They took turns crying so each had her own chance to shine. And us moms even got in a little Warrior and Downward Dog for good measure.

Dear Friends Pay a Visit

Friends Peg, Geordie, and Carter spent some time visiting from NYC. Carter was a kind friend to Sarah and got some good practice for becoming a big brother to TWINS this November.

Girls' Road Trip

Sarah and Mom drove all the way to PA to celebrate our dear friend Helen's 95th birthday! We also caught up with lots of friends and family while we were there. We had so much fun!

Grandpa Weisz Visits from Michigan

It's official! Sarah has all four grandparents under her spell.

Sarah's First Wet Willy

Sarah and her friend Nat Holland had a chance to get to know each other. Nat couldn't believe that they make ears smaller than his. Sarah tried her best to act nonchalant.

Sarah's Two Months Old!

At two months, Sarah can do so many new tricks. She smiles, talks all the time in her very own language, and keeps those alert baby blues peeled at all times.

She recently enjoyed a visit from her Grandma Weisz from Michigan and her first day at the beach.

Cousins by the Dozens

On Easter, Sarah met much of her PA family. She was decked out for the occasion with a schnazzy new frock from Grandma that just happened to match her big cousin Caitlin's dress.

Sarah's First Road Trip

On Saturday, we made our first road trip with Sarah when we traveled to PA to spend the Easter holiday with Lynn's family. Sarah slept for about six hours each way! In Pennsylvania, Sarah met Mom's dear friends, Jenn and Todd, Jill and Brian, and Helen.

Sarah Meets Her Family from North Carolina

What a treat for Sarah to meet her family from Cary, NC! Uncle Jon (Doug's brother), Aunt Heather, and cousins Becca, Rachel, Erin and Samantha all made the trek to see her and we were so very grateful. 

Sarah wasn't the only baby in the house this week as Jon's family adopted "Mr. Darcy," a black lab puppy who is part of the most recent litter from our own Lucy's parents. A family reunion for humans and canines alike!

More New Friends

  Sarah loves meeting new friends. 

Aunts Lisa, Charlotte, Cathy (we got so caught up catching up that I forgot to take her picture!), Rebecca, Ellie and Leslie all stopped by to say hello.

Ellie and Leslie even took the time to graciously teach a nervous and clumsy new Mom how to give Sarah her first baby manicure!

Weekend Visitors

Sarah was thrilled to get to know Uncle Chris and Auntie Laura who came for a visit from Philadelphia this weekend.

'Round the House

Sarah's getting used to her new home and routine, including bath time, practicing her wedding dance with Dad and riding around on big sister, Lucy. Lucy didn't seem to think it was as funny as we did.

Weekend Fun

Grandpa Brian came to Maine for the weekend to meet his new granddaughter. We went on a couple day trips and Sarah slept through every minute of them.

First Family Walk

After some serious cabin fever, we took a short but wonderful stroll on the Eastern Prom. Sarah slept the whole time. She had to rest up so that she could cry all night.
